If your Omni C20 triggers an audible "The water level of the station's cleaning tray is abnormal" error and stops operating, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
-
Check the Dirty Water Tank Lid: Ensure that the lid of the dirty water tank is fully closed to prevent air leaks. While washing the mops, continuously press the tank to check if the dirty water drains properly.
-
Inspect the Sealing Silicone: Lift the lid of the dirty water tank and check the sealing silicone for any damage or misalignment. If the silicone rings are damaged, please contact customer service to obtain a new dirty water tank. If the rings are misaligned, remove and reinstall them to ensure proper seating, as air leaks may hinder the emptying process.
