Error 4 / error S5 means the roller brush is stuck.
* You can try cleaning the parts first:
Remove the brush guard and roller brush to clean the brush, roller joints, joints on the vacuum, and suction inlet. Once cleaned, place the items back into the device and try again.
* If cleaning did not help, please try the following:
1. Reset the vacuum to the factory settings.
2. Run the vacuum on hard floors without the roller brush and brush guard to see whether the error persists when the vacuum is running without the parts.
- If the vacuum does not error out roller brush stuck when the 2 parts are unattached, it means the vacuum itself works normally. Then the problem lies with the roller brush and / or brush guard, or maybe the connectors on the vacuum were not cleaned thoroughly.
You can try cleaning again. If it doesn't work, the parts might need replacing. Please replace the parts:
