If your RoboVac stops with Error 2: Wheel stuck or Error S2: Wheel module error voice alert, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Clean the wheels and tap/shake both wheels to make sure they are flexible and can spring back. You can compare one wheel to the other wheel.
2. Check on the bottom of the vacuum to confirm it is the Right (R) or Left (L) wheel that is causing the problem. Please note not all eufy RoboVac models have wheel direction printed on the bottom of the vacuum, in that case, please determine the Right (R) and Left (L) wheel by the wheel’s distance from the main power switch.
3. If cleaning both wheels did not help, you can try disassembling the wheel that is causing the problem to further check whether there is anything getting stuck underneath the wheel or if a wire is frayed. If a faulty wheel needs to be replaced, please refer to the following video for instructions: How to Replace Wheel
Note: Please push the cable into the machine when you are installing the wheel, otherwise, the wheel may wear down the cable much quicker since the wheel will be grinding against the cable when the vacuum is running.
After you have assembled the wheel, you can power on and start the RoboVac to verify if the wheel issue has been resolved.
