RoboVac is designed to automatically start cleaning based on its scheduled settings. If your G series RoboVac starts cleaning by itself, please check the RoboVac’s scheduled settings by visiting How to set and cancel schedules for RoboVac on eufy Clean app (for G/L series) to temporarily remove the current schedule, if any, and observe if your RoboVac continues to automatically start cleaning by itself.
Additionally, please make sure the RoboVac’s “Auto-return cleaning” feature is not enabled by visiting What Is the Auto-Return Cleaning Feature on eufy RoboVac? for detailed instructions.
Note: Please verify your smartphone’s timezone matches the timezone settings in the EufyHome app. If your RoboVac is connected to either Amazon Alexa or Google Voice Assistant, please also make sure the RoboVac is not accidentally being started by either Alexa or Google Voice Assistant.
Additionally, if you have a pet at home, it is recommended to place the vacuum and charging base at a location that is not easily accessible by your pet to prevent the pet from accidentally starting the RoboVac.
If you are still experiencing the issue of your G series RoboVac starting by itself, please contact us for assistance.
