If your E28 robot misses certain areas during cleaning, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check for any obstacles that obstruct the robot's cleaning path. The robot will steer clear of those objects and finish cleaning the accessible areas. Even if the obstacles are removed later, the robot will not resume cleaning the areas it missed.

Ensure that all doors to the rooms you wish for the robot to clean are open while it is cleaning. If the doorway is blocked, or if obstacles appear while cleaning, the robot could be unable to access that area and may miss it.

Confirm if there are any plush or high-pile rugs in the area. The robot might misidentify those carpets as obstacles and steer clear of them, potentially leading to uncleaned areas.

Check whether the robot was moved by hand or by a pet during its cleaning process, as that could interfere with its cleaning path. If this occurs, please begin the cleaning process again.

If the issue persists, please provide your eufy account details, the exact time the cleaning task took place, a screenshot of the app's cleaning record, and enable the app log for additional technical analysis.
