If your E25/E28 robot’s battery is draining faster than expected, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
If you are using the E25/E28 robot for the first time:
-
You may notice that the battery drains faster during the final phases of a cleaning session. It is recommended to fully charge the robot before beginning a new cleaning session to ensure optimal performance.
-
If your home is relatively clean and you do not have pets, consider reducing the robot's suction power after the initial deep cleaning. Since higher suction levels drain the battery quicker, adjusting the suction power based on your cleaning needs can extend the robot's battery life.
If you have been using the E25/E28 robot for a while:
-
Check the suction settings of the robot in the app. If your home is clean and you do not have pets, it is recommended to refrain from using the strongest suction setting. Since higher suction levels drain the battery quicker, it is recommended to adjust the suction level to enhance both cleaning efficiency and battery life.
-
Inspect the roller brush, side brushes, roller mop, and side wheels for any trapped debris. Obstructions can increase motor workload and drain the battery at a faster rate. It is important to understand that regular cleaning and maintenance of the robot are essential for ensuring its optimal performance.
