If your E25/E28 robot has poor cleaning performance, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Increasing the suction level can help the robot collect debris more effectively.
-
If the carpet cleaning results are unsatisfactory, please ensure that the BoostIQ feature is enabled in the app.
-
For stubborn stains, please soak the area with water to soften the dirt before cleaning, and remember to enable the Dirt Spot Cleaning feature in the app. Once the Dirt Spot Cleaning feature is enabled, the robot will detect dirt (such as coffee stains) and perform intensified mopping to enhance the cleaning result.
-
Check whether the dustbin is full. If the dustbin is full, please empty it and refer to “What should I do if my E25/E28 robot has weak suction performance?” for further troubleshooting steps.
-
Check whether the filter is clogged. If the filter is clogged, please clean it thoroughly and perform regular maintenance.
-
Inspect the roller brush for any tangled hair and debris. If you have pets at home or there is excessive hair on the floor, please enable Pet mode and increase the dust collection frequency. In Pet mode, the robot will perform thorough self-cleaning of the roller brush during operation, enhancing the effectiveness of the self-cleaning process.
-
Inspect the roller mop and its bracket for any debris. If necessary, please ensure the roller mop and its bracket are thoroughly cleaned.
-
