If your C10 robot vacuum triggers an audible "Please insert dustbin and filter" error and stops operating, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
-
Verify that the dustbin is in place. If the dustbin is missing, please insert it into the robot. After the robot emits an audible "Dustbin inserted," it's ready to start a new cleaning session.
-
Lift the dustbin lid and verify that the filter is properly positioned. If the filter is missing, please install it into the dustbin. After the robot emits an audible "Dustbin inserted," it's ready to start a new cleaning session.
-
If the dustbin and filter are properly installed, the error might stem from a faulty dustbin magnet or a defective Hall sensor on the robot. In this instance, attempt to position a magnet at the corresponding spot of the robot's dustbin magnet (as illustrated in the images below), and verify if the robot emits an audible "Dustbin inserted."
