If your C10 robot has poor cleaning performance, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
If the dust bag in the base station is full or the dust collection pathway is obstructed, the robot's dustbin will overflow, leaving debris on the floor uncleaned. Please remove the dustbin to check if it is full, empty it, and inspect the condition of the dust bag in the base station, as well as the dust collection pathway, to ensure it is clear of obstructions.
-
A clogged filter will diminish the robot's cleaning performance. Please remove the dustbin and verify if there is a significant accumulation of dust in the filter assembly. Rinse the filter bracket and filter thoroughly under running water, ensuring both parts are completely dry before putting them back in the dustbin. It is recommended to allow the filter bracket and filter to air dry for 24 hours.
-
Inspect whether there is an excess of hair tangled on the roller brush. Please remove the roller brush and clean it thoroughly.
-
After the dustbin and filter have been cleaned, try increasing the suction power to help the robot collect debris more effectively.
-
To clean carpets effectively, it is recommended to use the Zone Cleaning feature to prolong the robot's cleaning time and increase its suction power.
-
Ensure that the BoostIQ feature is enabled in the app.
-
Increase the frequency at which the robot automatically empties itself.
-
Inspect the roller brush, roller brush guard, and side brush for any signs of physical damage. If any parts are damaged, it is recommended to replace them with new ones.
