If your C10 emits an audible error: "No dust bag installed in the station, please install the dust bag before starting the dust empty" and stops working, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Confirm that a dust bag is properly installed in the base station.

Remove and reinstall the dust bag to confirm whether the issue can be resolved. Please note that a "click" sound can be heard when a dust bag is properly installed in the base station. If there is not such a "click" sound, which means there is something wrong with the station.
