Please remove and reinstall the dust bag to see if the problem persists. Normally, you should hear a "click" sound when the dust bag is correctly fitted in the base station.

Scenario 2: The base station displays a steady white light.
Troubleshooting steps:

It is important to know that the AE C10 must operate for at least five minutes before the Auto-Empty feature can be activated to collect dust. Please verify the cleaning duration of the robot vacuum and whether it has finished a cleaning task.

The AE C10 will not automatically activate the Auto-Empty feature while it is set to "Do Not Disturb" mode. Please check if the "Do Not Disturb" mode is currently activated.

Please verify that the base station can power on properly. If the base station powers on but the AE C10 is unable to charge, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Ensure the robot vacuum is making proper contact with the charging pins of the base station when it returns. If the robot is correctly positioned but cannot touch the charging pins, the pins may be stuck. Try pressing the charging pins of the base station to check if that resolves the issue.

After unplugging the power cord from the base station, carefully clean the charging pins on both the base station and the robot with a clean cloth. Once the pins are dry, return the robot to the base station to determine if it can charge normally.
