If your E20 robot vacuum cannot automatically empty the dustbin after completing a cleaning task, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Launch the eufy Clean app and navigate to Auto Empty Settings > verify that the "Auto Empty for Robot" feature is turned on.
- Verify if the robot is operating during the "Do Not Disturb" time. Throughout this time, the robot will refrain from starting automatic dust collection.
-
Confirm if the robot has been operating for more than three minutes. Please be aware that the "Auto Empty for Robot" feature will commence automatically only after the robot's cleaning time has surpassed three minutes.
-
Check whether the base station is powered on. The base station's indicator should display a steady white light, signifying that it is operating properly.
-
If the base station is placed on a carpet, the robot might have difficulty emptying its dustbin. This happens because the robot might sink into the carpet, leading to a misalignment between the robot's infrared signal and the base station, resulting in poor signal communication. It is recommended to place the base station on a hard floor, or utilize the provided dock assist mat if it is positioned on a carpet.
-
Verify that the dust bag in the base station is correctly positioned.
