What should I do if I fail to connect to RoboVac on the last step(failed to connect)?
If you fail to connect to your RoboVac on the last step, the eufy Clean app displays failed to connect.
Please ensure that:
- You are using a 2.4GHz WiFi while connecting (recommend turning on the airplane mode but enable the WiFi connection)
- You turned the location/GPS on and turned the precise location on in settings. The precise location is important to scan devices around your phone.
- Put your device and RoboVac close to the WiFi router and have a stable WiFi connection
When you try to pair with the RoboVac again, please
- forget the RoboVac SSID in your WiFi settings
- restart eufy Clean app
- Reset RoboVac’s WiFi
When you try to pair with the RoboVac again, please
- forget the RoboVac SSID in your WiFi settings
- restart EufyHome app
- Reset RoboVac’s WiFi
If you receive a warning “unable to connect” when reconnecting the RoboVac’s WiFi “eufy RoboVac XXX”, please restart the eufy Clean app and restart your RoboVac by switching off and on the red main power switch on the bottom of your RoboVac and then try again. (For G30, the main power switch is on the side of the machine. For G10, the main power switch is on the bottom of the unit. For L70, hold the start/pause button for more than 3s until you hear boot music)
