The Monitor Is Connected to One Camera

Unplug the Power Cable: Disconnect the camera's charging cable from the electrical outlet.

Restart the Camera: Press and hold the camera's Power button for three seconds to restart it.

Check the Connection: Position the router between the monitor and the camera, keeping it as close as possible. Please wait for the monitor to establish a connection to the camera automatically.

Adjust the Antenna: The monitor's antenna must be positioned upright and, if possible, aligned at the same horizontal level as the camera.

Keep Away From Interference Sources: When positioning the monitor and camera, it is advised to keep them away from interference sources like metal items and walls.

Update Firmware: Update the camera and monitor to their latest firmware version.

Manual Connection:

Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on the monitor.

Navigate to Camera Settings.

Follow the on-screen instructions to add the camera to the monitor.

The Monitor Is Connected to Two Cameras

Check Network: Ensure both cameras are connected to the same Wi-Fi network or mesh system.

Adjust the Antenna: The monitor's antenna must be positioned upright and, if possible, aligned at the same horizontal level as the cameras.

Keep Away From Interference Sources: When positioning the monitor and cameras, it is advised to keep them away from interference sources like metal items and walls.

Update Firmware: Update the cameras and monitor to their latest firmware version.

Disable the Smart Connect Feature:

Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on the monitor.

Navigate to Monitor Settings.

Disable the “Smart Connect” feature.

Try reconnecting the cameras to the monitor.
