What Caused Voice Alert: Error 2?
Error 2 is triggered when the wheel may be stuck or trapped.
How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 2?
Please try the following:
- Shake/tap the wheel with slight force to check whether it is stuck, and then manually rotate the wheel slowly to remove any hair and debris that may have been trapped under the wheel.
- Check whether both wheels are able to rotate normally if you turn the RoboVac upside down with the three sensors covered.
-If the RoboVac emits an error at a specific location, please set a No-go zone to prevent the RoboVac from entering that specific area.
- For a better user experience, please make sure the RoboVac's firmware has been updated to the latest firmware version. The latest firmware version is V.2.2.0000.
( Please go to the Main cleaning page, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the page and you will be able to find the "Firmware Update" option at the bottom of the screen. Please click the "Firmware Update" option to verify if there is a new firmware update that is available for your RoboVac.)
