When it comes to tracking your health and fitness progress, having access to accurate and relevant data is essential. That's where data indicators on the scale screen come in. The Overview page of data indicators refers to the three data measurements that you choose to display on the scale screen. By default, the three indicators are body fat, muscle, and BMI.
However, the data selection is not limited to these three indicators. The scale allows you to include other body composition data, of which the weight data is mandatory. Other data indicators are optional and support changing display positions. However, three measurements must be selected in addition to the weight measurement, and no more than three measurements are allowed.
This means that you can customize the data indicators on your scale screen to suit your specific needs and goals. For example, if you are focused on building muscle mass, you may want to prioritize muscle data over body fat data. On the other hand, if you are trying to lose weight, you may want to prioritize body fat data over muscle data.
