What if my RoboVac does not dispense water while mopping the floor? (For RoboVac G10/G20/G30/G40/G50 Hybrid/X8/L35/LR30 Series)
If you notice the RoboVac is not dispensing water while mopping the floor, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Remove the water tank from the RoboVac and make sure there is enough water in the water tank.
- Please make sure only pure water or eufy cleaning solution is being used. Do not fill the water tank with any liquid except pure water or eufy cleaning solution.
- Verify filters are installed correctly.
- Check if the water dispensing outlets are clogged.
- For RoboVac G40/G50 Hybrid/X8/L35/LR30 Series, make sure the mopping cloth is damp before attaching it to the mopping module underneath the vacuum.
- Verify the mopping module is installed correctly.
