If your X8 Pro Series robot triggers the voice prompt "The robot's water tank is not installed. Please insert now to continue", here are some troubleshooting methods and key points to help you resolve the issue:
a) Check if the water tank is installed. If it's missing, install the water tank. Once the robot broadcasts "Water tank installed", you can start the cleaning process normally.
b) If the water tank is properly installed, check if there is a magnet inside the water tank. If the magnet is missing or rusted, please replace the water tank with a new one.
c) If the magnet is in place inside the water tank, the issue might be due to a faulty water tank magnet or a faulty Hall sensor on the main unit. It is recommended to remove the filter and place the filter magnet on the corresponding position of the water tank magnet on the robot (as shown in the image below). Check if the robot broadcasts "water tank installed". If so, please replace the water tank with a new one, as the water tank magnet is faulty and the water tank needs to be replaced.
By following these troubleshooting steps, you should be able to resolve the "The robot's water tank is not installed. Please insert now to continue" voice prompt issue on your X8 Pro Series robot.
