If your X8 Pro Series robot triggers the voice prompt "Please insert dustbin and filter", here are some troubleshooting methods and key points to help you resolve the issue:
a) First, open the robot's cover and check if the dustbin is installed. If the dustbin is missing, please install it. Once the robot broadcasts "Dustbin inserted", you can start the cleaning process normally.
b) If the dustbin is properly installed, open the dustbin cover and check if the filter is installed. If the filter is missing, please install it into the dustbin. Once the robot broadcasts "Dustbin inserted", you can start the cleaning process normally.
c) If both the dustbin and filter are properly installed, check if there is a magnet on the filter. If the magnet on the filter is missing or rusted, please replace the filter. Once the robot broadcasts "Dustbin inserted", you can start the cleaning process normally.
d) If the dustbin, filter, and filter magnet are all in place, the issue might be due to a faulty filter magnet or a faulty Hall sensor on the main unit. In this case, try placing a magnet on the corresponding position of the filter magnet on the robot (as shown in the image below), and check if the robot broadcasts "Dustbin inserted".
