What Should I Do if My X10 Pro Omni Fails to Connect to WiFi?

Please refer to the video below for detailed step-by-step instructions on how to set up your X10 Pro Omni's WiFi connection:

eufy X10 Pro Omni How to Connect to Wi-Fi (iOS/Android)

If it fails to connect to WiFi, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:

  1. Ensure the WiFi network name and password are correct (note: passwords are case-sensitive). Please also try moving your smartphone and the robot closer to your router.
  2. Make sure the location permission for the eufy Clean app is allowed. If there is a "precise location" option, please also turn it on.
  • For iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location > Allow location for the eufy Clean app.
  • For Android: Settings > Permissions & Privacy > Location, and then go back to Settings > Apps > Permissions > eufy Clean app > Location.
  1. Turn on Airplane mode on your phone. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network before connecting your X10 Pro Omni to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. If you are using a dual-band router, please try disabling the 5GHz.
  2. Reset the robot’s WiFi. Press and hold the Home and Spot Cleaning buttons simultaneously for three seconds until you hear a voice prompt to reset the robot's WiFi. After successfully resetting the robot's WiFi, please try the setup process again.

  1. A slow flashing light means "ready to connect," and a quick flashing light means "connecting." Please note that only a steady blue WiFi light means the robot is "connected."

Additionally, please make sure to first check the following eufy Clean app permission settings before connecting your robotic vacuum cleaner to your WiFi network.

  • Enable Precise Location Services, which is used to scan nearby available WiFi networks.

  • Enable Local Network, which is used to establish a connection with the robot.

  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone and allow Bluetooth permission for the eufy Clean app.

Please note that the above preparation steps are all necessary. Please make sure to complete each step for the X10 Pro Omni to successfully connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.

If the troubleshooting steps above did not solve the issue, please enable your phone’s hotspot and then connect the robot to the hotspot network via the eufy Clean app installed on another phone/tablet to verify whether the robot can be connected.
