What Should I Do if My RoboVac Triggers the Voice Prompt "Error: Wheel Stuck. Check the Wheel and Move Robot to a New Position"?
First, manually assist your robot to get out of the stuck position. Also, consider setting up a no-go zone in the areas where the robot tends to get stuck frequently. This will prevent the robot from entering those areas in the future, reducing the chances of it getting stuck.
If the robot still reports the same error when it resumes cleaning after it is moved to a new location, it's time to inspect the condition of the wheels. Please inspect the wheels and either tap or shake them to ensure they are flexible and can spring back. Comparing the movement of one wheel with the other wheel can also help you identify if there's a problem with a specific wheel.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance.
