RoboVac’s Voice Alerts When It Encounters an Issue
Some of eufy’s RoboVac models provide users with audible voice alerts when the RoboVac encounters an issue. In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve specific issues of your RoboVac, please first find out the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.
What Caused Voice Alert: Error S4?
This error is triggered when RoboVac’s suction fan is not functioning properly. This could be caused by the suction fan blades getting stuck by debris due to the RoboVac not having filters correctly installed in the dust collector, resulting in debris being pulled into the suction fan.
How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error S4?
To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:
- Power off the RoboVac.
- Remove the dust collector and filter to verify if the filter was installed correctly, and then clean both the dust collector and filter.
- If needed, inspect whether the suction inlet and suction fan blades are stuck by debris. Please hold the RoboVac in your hands with the suction inlet facing down on the ground, and then shake the RoboVac repeatedly to verify if there is any rattling sound or if there is any debris falling out from the vacuum.
- Install the filter in the dust collector, then insert the dust collector into the RoboVac to make sure it is securely attached.
- Power on the RoboVac, place it back on the charging base, and then start the RoboVac to verify its suction fan issue has been resolved.
