RoboVac’s Voice Alerts When It Encounters an Issue
Some of eufy’s RoboVac models provide users with audible voice alerts when the RoboVac encounters an issue. In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve specific issues of your RoboVac, please first find out the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.
What Caused Voice Alert: Error 8?
This error is triggered when RoboVac has a low battery. This could be caused by RoboVac’s extended cleaning time, resulting in RoboVac triggering a low battery error and then shutting off.
How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 8?
Usually, the running time of L70 Hybrid is about 150min in standard suction mode. If your RoboVac emits Error 8: Low battery level with a short running time, please follow the steps listed below:
- Power off the RoboVac.
- Clean the charging pins on the base/Robovac
- Place the RoboVac on the charging base and verify it is charging. It will take approximately 4 to 6 hours to fully charge the battery. Please make sure the Robvac has a steady blue indicator after a full charge.
- After the battery is fully charged, power on and start the RoboVac to verify it is able to complete a full cleaning cycle without issues.
Note: If the issue persists after fully charging the RoboVac, it is time to replace the lithium-ion battery due to wear-and-tear since it’s a consumable part. The typical estimated lifespan of a lithium-ion battery is 300 to 500 charge cycles. Please contact us to order a replacement battery for L70 Hybrid.
