RoboVac’s Voice Alerts When It Encounters an Issue

Some of eufy’s RoboVac models provide users with audible voice alerts when the RoboVac encounters an issue.  In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve specific issues of your RoboVac, please first find out the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.

 

What Caused Voice Alert: Error 12?

This error is triggered when RoboVac’s right wall sensor is not working properly.  This could be caused by the right wall sensor being covered with dust and debris, resulting in the sensor being unable to function normally.

 

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 12?

To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Power off the RoboVac.
  2. Clean the right wall sensor located on the side of the front bumper with a dry cloth to make sure it is not covered with dust.

  1. Power on the RoboVac, place it back on the charging base and then start the RoboVac to verify its right wall sensor issue has been resolved.
