RoboVac’s Voice Alert When It Encounters an Issue
eufy’s G series RoboVac models provide users with an audible voice alert when the RoboVac encounters an issue. In order to correctly troubleshoot and resolve a specific issue of your RoboVac, please first determine the exact voice alert error triggered by the RoboVac.
How Is Voice Alert: Error 5 Triggered?
This error is triggered when the RoboVac is physically stuck. This could be caused by the RoboVac getting trapped in a specific area and is unable to navigate out of the area to continue cleaning.
How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 5?
To troubleshoot and fix this specific issue, please follow the steps listed below:
- Pause the RoboVac.
- Clear any obstacles in the surrounding area where the RoboVac is stuck, or move the RoboVac to another location.
- Start the RoboVac to verify it is able to navigate and clean without issues.
If the issue persists, please verify the following details:
- Has the RoboVac always encountered the same issue from the beginning or has the issue occurred recently after using the RoboVac for a while?
Note: If the issue occurred recently after using the RoboVac for a while, please inspect the RoboVac’s bumper to make sure the bumper is not stuck; additionally, please also verify the RoboVac’s wheels are rotating properly and its wheel treads are not worn off.
- Has the RoboVac always had issues navigating a specific area and not other areas?
