Your X9 Pro is one of the most advanced eufy models, it is equipped with a Dynamic Mopping function with dual rotating mops, 5,500Pa strong suction power, and an industry-leading 12mm auto-lift mops that can sense when the robot vacuum is approaching a carpet. The X9 Pro works with an Auto-Clean Station that can automatically clean the mopping pads, and the Auto-Clean Station also uses 40°C/104 ℉ hot air to automatically dry the mopping pads, allowing the robot vacuum to be ready for the next cleaning cycle without any hassle or mess.

Tips before troubleshooting
Since the X9 Pro frequently needs to wash its mop, the mopping pads are often wet. To avoid the risk of water entering the machine, please remove the mopping pads before troubleshooting. The specific operation steps are as follows:
- Ensure the device power is off;
- Remove the mopping pads from the bottom;
- Make sure there is no water on the bottom of the machine, if there is, you can wipe it again with a dry cloth; - After completing the above steps, you can carry out the corresponding troubleshooting operations as needed.
