It is important to understand that different error alerts indicate different causes. Please refer to the following table for the C10's error alerts and their troubleshooting steps.
Note: If the robot continues to emit audible voice alerts or experiences issues with the Wi-Fi connection, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Power on/off the robot to reboot it.

If the robot has Wi-Fi connection issues, press and hold the "Recharge" and "Start/Pause" buttons simultaneously for three seconds to reset the robot's Wi-Fi network.

Press the "Reset" button to reset the robot, then set it up again after it restarts. Please rest assured that this process will not restore the robot to factory settings, delete the current map, or reset the robot's Wi-Fi network.
