Different error codes indicate different causes. Please refer to the sheets below for different errors and troubleshooting:

 

Important Note: If any machine continues to report errors/ robot crashes/Wifi connection abnormally, please do some basic troubleshooting suggestions first, like power on/off to restart the device or press the recharge button & child lock button at the same time for 3 seconds to reset the robot's network; if the above actions don't work, you can press the Reset button for 3-5 seconds with the thimble to force recovery and then restart the robot.

Error 1: Front bumper stuck, please tap the bumper.

  1. Please tap the front bumper to make sure that it can move.
  2. If the front bumper is stuck, remove the front bumper and reinstall it.

Error 2:Wheel stuck. Check the wheel and move robot to a new position.

There may be objects caught around the wheel. Check the gap between the wheel and the machine, remove the materials, and then turn the wheel to make sure it can move freely.

Error 3:Side brush stuck. Please check to remove foreign objects from the side brushes.

Check the side brush for foreign objects and remove them.

Error 4:Roller brush stuck. Remove and clean the roller brush.

  1. Check whether any foreign objects are wrapped around the roller brush.
  2. Take the roller brush off to check whether foreign objects are wrapped around the roller brush.
  3. If there is a lot of hair on the floor, increase suction power when cleaning to prevent the robot's roller brush from getting stuck.

Error 5:Robot trapped, please clear the obstacles.

There may be obstacles around the robot that are preventing normal movement. Please check and remove the surrounding obstacles.

Error 6:Robot trapped, please move to an open area to start.

Robot may be trapped on some obstacles, please move it to an open area to start cleaning. If it gets trapped in a specific location multiple times, we recommend setting up a No-Go Zone on the map to ensure the robot avoids it.

Error 7:Robot not touching the ground, please move robot to a new position.

Robot is not touching the ground, please move robot to a new position.

Error 8:Low battery, robot is shutting down. Please charge.

Please manually move the robot to the station for charging.

Error 13:Robot tilted. Put it on a flat surface to start.

Move the robot onto level ground to start, otherwise, it may not move properly.

Error 14:Please insert dustbin and filter.

Please open the robot's cover and reinstall the dustbin and filter. If the filter is not installed correctly, dust may enter the fan and cause damage.

Error 17:Entered a No-Go Zone by mistake, please check.

If the robot is in a No-Go zone set in the map, please move it outside the zone to start using.

Error 18:Laser sensor cover may be stuck, please check.

  1. Please check if the laser sensor cover is obstructed, and remove any foreign objects that may be stuck there.
  2. If an error remains, press the laser sensor cover and make sure you can hear a clicking sound.

Error 19:Laser sensor may be stuck.

The robot's laser sensor rotates in real-time. Please check if there are any foreign objects preventing it from rotating normally.

Error 20:Laser sensor may be blocked.

Check whether there are any foreign objects around the top of the laser sensor. If there are, remove them.

Error 21:Return failed, please clear the area around the station or dock.

Robot has identified the station, but cannot enter it.

Please check and remove any obstacles around it.

Error 23:Unable to find the starting point, robot will stop running.

Make sure the robot starts cleaning from the station(this error occurs when the robot did not start cleaning from the station)

Error 26:Low battery, scheduled cleaning failed.

Robot's battery is low, please charge it and try again.

Error 27:The water level of the station's cleaning tray is abnormal.

  1. Check whether there is water in the cleaning tray. Clean using a dry cloth if there is.
  2. Please check the metal detector for water droplets.

Error 28:The station's cleaning tray is not installed, please check.

Please check that the station's cleaning tray is properly installed.

Error 29:The station's lid is not closed, please check.

Please check if the station's lid is closed correctly.

Error 30:The input voltage of the station is abnormal. Please check whether the purchased machine matches the local voltage.

Check if the voltage of the station is 220V or 110V to ensure that it matches the voltage in your home.

Error 31:Foreign objects may be stuck in the suction inlet, please check.

  1. Please check the underside of the robot, remove the brush, and check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the brush cavity.
  2. Dump the garbage in the dustbin.

Error 32: Mop pad holder is stuck, please remove the foreign objects.

Please check whether there are any foreign objects stuck in the mop pad holder. Clean the mop pad holder before use.

Error 34: The mop has fallen off, please check.

One of the mops has come off and the operation has been suspended. Please install the mop correctly before use.
