Understanding and Using the Video Retrieval Feature for Disconnected Devices
What are the Disconnected Devices?
Disconnected devices refer to devices that are no longer connected to your eufy account for various reasons. This may occur under the following circumstances:

a. Your device has been stolen.
b. Your device has been reset.
c. Your device has been unlinked from your account.
d. You have manually removed the device from your account.
In these cases, the videos stored in your HomeBase may not be directly accessible.

How to Retrieve Videos of Disconnected Devices?
We provide a video retrieval feature to help you access the videos stored in your HomeBase even if your device is disconnected. Here's how you can use this feature:

a. Go to the 'Event' page on your app.
b. Enter the filter option.
c. Select the 'Disconnected Devices' option. The 'Event' page will automatically filter and display the videos related to the disconnected devices.
d. Click on the video to view. You can replay, download, delete, or favorite the video.
Please note that the 'favorite' function is only supported by HomeBase 3.
