If you cannot view the live stream of the Baby Monitor 2, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Pull down the app home page to refresh the device’s status.
2. Make sure your camera is online.
3. If you recently moved the camera to another location in the house, please check the device’s signal strength to make sure the signal strength is strong in the new location. If it has no signal or has a weak signal, please try to move the camera closer to the router, or use a mesh network or a WiFi range extender.
4. Press and release the SYNC button on the camera.
5. Try to remove the camera and then add it again in the app.
