If you cannot watch livestream on your eufy Solo Cam, please check the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Make sure your camera is online and the camera's LED indicator light status
is solid white.
2. If you recently relocated your router or your camera, check its signal strength to make sure the signal strength is strong at the new location. If it has no signal or has a weak signal, please try to move the router closer to the camera or use a WiFi range extender.
3. Please check if you have set a firewall or white/blacklist on your router. If yes, please try to remove the firewall/blacklist, or add the camera to the whitelist.
4. Pull down on the device list to refresh the device’s status in the eufy Security app.
5. Reset and restart the camera. Remove the camera from the eufy Security app and add it again.
