Please note having a stable Internet connection is essential for your eufy Pet Camera to stay connected, otherwise the camera may drop offline and you will not be able to control it or watch live view via the eufy Pet app.
Additionally, the LED indicator light on your eufy Pet Camera will also display corresponding device status. For a complete list of LED indicator light status, please visit Learn About the LED Indicator Light Status on eufy Dog Camera D605.
If the LED indicator light is flashing red
A flashing red indicator light indicates the device is disconnected from the Internet, please verify the 2.4GHz WiFi network in your home is working properly with a stable and strong connection to devices on the network.
If the LED indicator light is off
When the LED indicator light is turned off, this indicates the camera is currently powered off due to a defective power adapter, cable, or power outage. If there is not an ongoing power outage, please visit Troubleshooting eufy Pet Dog Camera's Power Adapter and Cable Issues for detailed instructions on how to verify if the power adapter or the cable is working properly.
