If you are experiencing issues logging in to your eufy Pet app, please try the troubleshooting steps below.
Email already exists
This indicates that you had previously signed up for an account using the same email address. Please simply log in to the existing account without signing up for a new account using the same email address. If you have forgotten your password, please refer to the “Incorrect email or password” troubleshooting step below.
Incorrect email or password
Please verify you have entered the correct email address, which is the one you had used to sign up for a new eufy Pet account. If you have already verified the email address is correct, please reset the password by clicking on Forgot Password? as shown in the image below to reset your password.
Server error
This is usually due to network issues, such as being unable to connect to the Internet. Please try the following steps:
- If your smartphone is connected to WiFi, please disable WiFi and connect your phone using mobile data if available.
- If your smartphone is using mobile data, please connect your phone to a stable WiFi network with strong signal if available.
- Uninstall and reinstall the eufy Pet app on your smartphone.
