There Are No Videos After Clicking the Notification from eufy SmartDrop
The SmartDrop does not have local storage to save video recordings. If there is no video recorded by the SmartDrop after an event, please confirm if you have subscribed to cloud backup or if you have connected the SmartDrop to Homebase:
- cloud Backup
If you have not subscribed to cloud backup yet, eufy provide you with a 30-day free trial of cloud backup when you set up the SmartDrop initially. Go to app > SmartDrop Settings > Storage > cloud Backup > choose cloud Backup free trial.
- Homebase
If you have a eufy Homebase, you can connect SmartDrop to Homebase to utilize Homebase's local storage: Go to app > SmartDrop Settings > Connection > choose Homebase.
If the issue persists, please contact eufy Support Engineer for analysis.
