Notification setting on the smartphone
- For Android devices, sometimes it is necessary to add the eufy Pet app to the unmonitored/whitelist app category.

- Grant the eufy Pet app permission to access notification on your phone.
For iOS devices, go to phone Settings > Notifications > allow eufy Pet to enable notification.
For Android devices, go to eufy Pet app > side menu > Settings > App permissions > Notifications > allow notifications.
