Here are the four different methods to open the SmartDrop T8790:

1. Press to Open

When you choose the Open mode to be “Press to Open - No PIN required”, the SmartDrop T8790 can be unlocked with one click.

2. Delivery PIN code / Master PIN code

The Delivery PIN code is used to assist the SmartDrop T8790 to identify which courier has opened the box. It is also recommended to add the PIN code to your shipping address information for couriers to find the PIN code on the shipping label. The Master PIN code is set by the owner and used to open the SmartDrop T8790. Generally, it is recommended for the owner to use the Master PIN code to retrieve packages from the SmartDrop T8790. 3. eufySecurity App

Tap the OPEN button on the live view screen in the app to unlock your SmartDrop T8790 as shown in the image below.
