If the Smart Lock cannot lock according to the timer, or the Smart Lock only locks after 3 minutes, you can try the below tips:
1. Close the door and calibrate the lock, check the front lock key cover is covered to ensure successful calibration.
2. Turn on the auto-lock function. If it has been enabled, please disable it and enable it again. Please set a locking timer to any time and then set the desired time. For example, if you prefer the lock to auto-lock in 1s, please first set it to 1min and then set it back to 1s.
3. Once the above settings are complete, please open the door and then close it again to test if the locking time is in accordance with the scheduled time.
4. If not, please manually lock the door, and then open the door and close it again to test if it is automatically locking according to the scheduled time.
