This article is designed to help you set up your Indoor Cam in the eufySecurity app. For hardware installation, please download the Quick Start Guide for the Indoor Cam 2K or Indoor Cam 1080p from our help center.
Download the App
Download the eufySecurity app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). You can also visit eufylife.com on your mobile device.
Create Your Account
After downloading the app, create or Log in to your account. Learn more about Sign up for A eufySecurity Account.
Add Indoor Cam to the App
1. In the Device tab, tap Add Device then select “Indoor Cam”.
2. Plug the device into an outlet before mounting it and proceed with the setup. Wait until the LED turns solid blue.
3. Scan the QR code on the bottom of the Indoor Cam.
Note: It is recommended to use the flashlight icon to provide better lighting when scanning the QR code if the surrounding environment is not well lit.
4. Press and hold the SYNC button on the back of the indoor cam for 2 seconds. The status LED will turn to flashing blue.
5. Tap “Heard a Beep” and wait until the camera is connected to the phone. A prompt to turn on Bluetooth will appear if the phone does not have Bluetooth enabled.
6. Select the Wi-Fi network you are going to connect to and input your password. All of the available 2.4GHz WiFi networks detected by the app will be listed on the screen.
7. Connect the Indoor Cam to your house’s 2.4Ghz WiFi network and your Indoor Cam will be added successfully.
8. Create a name for your Indoor Cam.
