Download the App
Download the Eufy Security app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). Or visit eufylife.com on your mobile device. For more App functions, please refer to eufySecurity App Function Guide.
Create Your Account
After downloading the App, create or Log in to your account. Learn more about Sign up for A eufySecurity Account.
Add Wired Doorbell to the App
1. Tap Add Device and choose Doorbell in the Device tab.
2. Scan the QR code or type it in manually. You can find it at the back of the doorbell.
3. Select your region.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the doorbell. You can also refer to the Quick Start Guide/Manual for detailed instructions.
5. Voltage Diagnosis. The eufy Video doorbell requires 16-24VAC, 30VA of power to function properly. Tap Start Now to begin the test.
6. Hold the doorbell button down for five seconds until you hear a ringtone. When you do, press I’ve heard the Ringtone to continue.
7. A pop-up will come up, asking to allow access to the device’s location. You can choose to Allow all the time to avoid future hassle.
8. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Then tap I’ve turned on Bluetooth. The App will connect the doorbell through Bluetooth.
9. If you have done everything right, you will receive a message that Your transformer is capable of powering the doorbell. If you failed at this step, please contact us.
10. Tap Next to continue the setup process. Select Your wifi network and enter the password so that the doorbell connects to your house wifi.
Add Chime to the Doorbell
1. Plug your chime in and wait until you see a solid blue light.
2. Once you see the light, tap the Chime Lights Up to continue.
3. Press and hold the SYNC button on the chime for two seconds, then the LED flashes blue.
4. Tap Connect in the App.
5. Tap Done to finish the setup process.
6. Press the doorbell button to confirm if the doorbell connects with the chime successfully.
