The full name of “Lumos Color” is “Lumos Smart Bulb - White & Color”. In addition to being able to dim the brightness and adjust the color temperature of the bulb, you can set the bulb to emit different colored lights. Lumos Color also comes with Flow Mode and Music Mode. |

Go to your smartphone's setting and connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi network your Lumos bulb is connected to. Return to the EufyHome app and refresh the page. If this does not resolve the problem, re-open your EufyHome app and try again. |
How will I know if my Lumos bulb is successfully connected to the Internet? |
The bulb will blink twice using a warm white light: once at 100% brightness and then once at 80% brightness, and then repeat this pattern once. |

Step 6: Once the device is found, you can control Lumos with your voice. |

1.Check if there are any Internet connection problems. 2.Check if you have installed the Google Home app onto your smart device and enabled the “EufyHome” Skill in the Google Home app. 3.Check if you are using the proper commands when talking to the Google Assistant. When making your request, first say the wake words “Ok Google”. 4.Repeat your question. Speak clearly to the Google Assistant. 5.Check if you have modified the name of Smart Bulb in the EufyHome app. If yes, unlink your EufyHome account from the Google Home app and then relink. |

What is Flow Mode? |
Flow mode automatically and smoothly changes the color of light emitted from one color to another. You can define the colors and speed. |
Can I share a light group's setting with others? |
No. |
What benefit does Favorite light have? |
You can give names to the light settings you use most frequently, eliminating the need to adjust settings everytime you want to use a setting you like. This also gives you a shortcut to changing the light's back to this exact setting. |
How can other users control the bulb using the share function? |
The account that initially set up the bulb and connected it to the Wi-Fi network is the owner and primary account. Other users can also control the lights but need to download the EufyHome app and get access permission from the owner. After the owner adds other accounts to the list of users, the other accounts can use the bulb without going through the setup process. |
What information can only be edited by the owner? |
Only the owner can edit the device name, room name, and the price per kilowatt-hour (kWh) hour. |
If the bulb loses Wi-Fi connection, are the operating time and energy consumption readings accurate? |
No. The operating time and energy consumption readings are uploaded to a server via Wi-Fi connection. If the bulb is not able to connect to the server, the readings after the Wi-Fi connection is lost may not be updated to the server. |
Can Lumos bulb connect to XFINITY WiFi hotspots? |
No. XFINITY WiFi are public hotspots. |
