Where is HomeVac Duo best used?

HomeVac Duo performs best when used indoors, on dry surfaces, bare floors and carpets with short and firm textures. It is not recommended to use the HomeVac on thick or plush carpets.

Why has HomeVac Duo's suction become so weak?
|
It may be due to the following causes:
1. The dust collector is too full. Empty the dust collector.
2. There is dust attached to the dust collector filter. Wash the filter and make sure it is thoroughly dry.
3. An object is stuck in the nozzle. Remove all the obstructions from the nozzle.
4. The dust collector is not properly attached and sealed. Ensure the dust collector is firmly lodged into the main body.
5. The speed/suction setting is not high enough. Try using the HomeVac on high-power.

What should I do if the floor brush can not spin?

1. Please make sure the HomeVac is used on bare floors and carpets with short and firm textures.

Why is dust coming out of the HomeVac Duo while in-use?

It might be caused by the following:
1. The dust collector might be broken. Inspect the dust collector for any physical damage.
2. The filter may not be properly inserted. Double-check that the filter is properly aligned in the dust collector.
3. The sections of the HomeVac may not be assembled correctly. Ensure that all sections of the HomeVac (main body, handheld body, and dust collector) are aligned and in-place.
