How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order you've placed on our official website, you generally have the ability to do so within one hour of placing the order.
If you find that you are unable to cancel your order, it likely means that the order has already been processed by our system and is being prepared for shipment. In such cases, cancellation is no longer possible.
Why was my order canceled?

2.Within the email, you will find a link to a form. Please click on this link and fill out the form accordingly.
3.Once submitted, we will review the information provided. You can expect to receive feedback on the review within 3-5 business days.
4.If your review is approved, you will be able to place a new order without any issues. If the review is not approved, we suggest asking a friend or family member to place the order on your behalf, or alternatively, you can place the order through our official Amazon store.
