My eufy HomeBase Cannot Power On

Please note eufy HomeBase needs to be plugged into a wall outlet using its AC power adapter at all times in order to stay powered on. If your HomeBase fails to power on, it is usually due to the following reasons.

 

Power Adapter

If your eufy HomeBase’s power adapter is defective, please contact us for further assistance. Please do not attempt to use any third-party power adapter as it may damage your eufy HomeBase.

 

eufy HomeBase power adapter:

Input: 100-240V~50-60Hz

Output: 12V/2A

 

Wall Outlet

Please plug in your eufy HomeBase’s power adapter into different wall outlets for testing purposes to eliminate the possibility of a defective wall outlet being the issue.
