eufy Floodlight Cam models currently include the Floodlight Cam 1080p, Floodlight Cam 2K, Floodlight Cam E 2K, and Floodlight Cam 2 Pro model. If your eufy Floodlight Cam is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved.
Floodlight Cam 1080p / 2K / E 2K:
- Connect the Floodlight Cam using its included power adapter and plug it into a wall outlet to check if the LED indicator on the front blinks. If the LED indicator light does not blink, please try using another outlet.
Note: If the Floodlight Cam powers on when it is connected using the included power adapter but it does not power on when it is connected to the junction box, then the issue is most likely caused by faulty wires in the junction box.
- Reset the circuit breaker and verify wires in the junction box are working properly.
- Check the temperature since Floodlight Cam has an operating temperature from -4°F to 122°F / -20°C to 50°C.
Floodlight Cam 2 Pro:
- Connect the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro using its included USB cable to a 5V/1A adapter and plug it into a wall outlet to check if the LED indicator on the front blinks. If the LED indicator light does not blink, please try using another outlet or another 5V/1A adapter. Please note the lights will not turn on when the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro is powered by USB cable.
Note: If the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro powers on when it is connected using its USB cable but it does not power on when it is connected to the junction box, then the issue is most likely caused by faulty wires in the junction box.
- Reset the circuit breaker and verify wires in the junction box are working properly.
