Learn About the LED Indicator Light Status on eufy Battery Doorbells

All eufy devices have a LED indicator light that helps determine what state the device is in. For eufy battery doorbells, the HomeBase/Wi-Fi Chime and doorbell have their own LED indicator light respectively. The LED indicator light on eufy battery doorbells is located in front of the HomeBase 2/Wi-Fi Chime and doorbell ring.

Description

How to

Blinking blue

Power on 

Press the SYNC button for 2 seconds

Add doorbell to HomeBase/Wi-Fi

Doorbell Chime

Press and hold the SYNC button until you hear a beep

Solid blue for 3 seconds

Setup successfully

Connected successfully with HomeBase/Wi-Fi

Doorbell Chime

Off

Setup successfully and working normally(No PIR trigger)

Solid orange

Charging

Charge via MicroUSB cable

Solid blue (when LED is enabled)

  • Connected and speaking
  • Remote viewing in Eufy app

Watching live view 

Breathing blue

  • Detected human (Human Only Detection mode)
  • Detected human or object (All Motion Detection Mode)
  • Someone is pressing the doorbell ring

Press the doorbell and trigger the doorbell camera

Off

Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime is emitting a sound wave to connect the doorbell

Solid blue

Connected to the network and setup successfully

Blinking green and red alternately

Upgrading firmware
