Our portable power stations (PPS) use two types of battery cells. Some feature ternary lithium cells while others use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells.

For PPS with ternary lithium cells, we recommend setting an 80% charging limit in the Anker app to better protect the battery. Charging beyond 80% may cause battery health to decline.

For PPS with LFP cells, you don't need to set a charging limit. LFP cells are safer, last longer, and more reliable for a better charging experience.
To distinguish which battery is inside your PPS, refer to the product numbers (PN) below.

Ternary cells come with an 18-month warranty.

LFP cells come with a 3- to 5-year warranty.
