eufy Floodlight Cam 2 Pro can detect motion activity beyond the default view to closely monitor blind spots and out-of-view zones. Please note this feature is turned off by default.
You can enable this feature by toggling “Out-of-View Detection” to ON and saving Vision Checking Positions for Floodlight Cam 2 Pro. Steps in the eufySecurity app: Main Page > Smart > Monitoring Settings > Out-of-View Detection > Enable Out-of-View Detection.
When motion is detected on the right side or the left side of the default position, the camera will automatically rotate to monitor that specific area. You can customize the exact position of the camera when it rotates to the left or the right side.
For example, if there is motion activity on the left or the right side beyond the default view, once PIR detects the activity on the side, the camera will quickly rotate to that side and check whether there is anyone or any motion activity in that area.
