In what kind of situations will G series RoboVac may fail to dock?

1. Make sure the RoboVac starts from the charging base. Otherwise, if the cleaning area is too large, RoboVac may not be able to receive the signal from the charging base during the cleaning process.

 

2. Thick carpets with tassels or wool, or carpets in the entire room. RoboVac gets stuck in some place/furniture/chair etc. RoboVac is manually moved or the charging base is moved to another location during RoboVac's cleaning cycle.

 

For G10, since its design does not have a rolling brush, it can only be used on hard floors and not on carpets.

For G20 series, it can work on hard floors and low-pile carpets (total thickness no more than 10 mm /0.69 inch).

For G30 series, G32 Pro, G40 series, and G+ series, it can work on hard floors and medium-pile carpets (total thickness no more than 26 mm /1.02 inch).

 

3. The charging base is not placed at a proper location: Make sure to install the charging base at a proper location. Please make sure there are no obstacles within 1m/3ft to the right and left side and 2m/6ft from the front. Try not to put the charging base in a corner. If the house is large, move the charging base to the central part of the house.

4. RoboVac stops with errors and voice alerts: Please refer to Voice Alerts & Quick Solutions for smart navigation series (G series).

 

5. Eliminate environmental factors: Please make sure there are no dark-colored carpets or direct sunlight that could affect the RoboVac during its cleaning cycle.
