Since Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro delivers higher output power, it utilises high-specification wiring. Therefore, to ensure system safety and reliability, please follow the steps below when connecting:

⚠️ Safety Notice: Before starting, you must turn off the main switch in your distribution board to ensure Power Dock is fully de-energised.

1. Disconnect Existing Units: First, disconnect the currently connected Solarbank from Power Dock.

2. Interface Update: Use the dedicated Accessory Kit to perform a minor interface update on your existing Power Dock. If you do not have this kit, please contact our after-sales team to obtain one.

3. Reconnect Devices: Once the update is complete, reconnect your Solarbanks to Power Dock.

⚠️ Important Compliance Notice:

When combining earlier generations of Solarbank (such as Solarbank 3 E2700 Pro) with Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro, the actual grid-tied output power of your system changes. Therefore, a qualified electrician must submit a new grid connection application to your local grid operator.
