Suppose you have recently purchased a monitor or camera separately, but it can’t pair with your existing Baby Monitor devices. In that case, the most likely reason is that the firmware of the new device is different from the existing one.
To resolve this issue, all you need to do is upgrade the firmware of all devices to the same version. The latest firmware version available is 3.7.1, and we recommend upgrading all devices to this version.

Note:
1. Your monitor can be upgraded with any of the following files.
2. Cameras with different Serial Numbers need to be upgraded with different files. Please follow the instructions below based on your camera's SN.
Scenario 1: If your camera's SN starts with "T8301" or "T8300" (e.g., T8301E00223011DA or T8300E00223011DA), please download the following file to upgrade your device:
